That was the beginning of the knowledge and understanding that carries into the custom homes we now build. The owner of Roman Development, Inc. personally details the homes prior to closing, working with the subcontractors and employees to assure the quality of the finished product. This has made our punch lists very minimal, and sometimes non-existent.
